Electoral success depends on building durable grassroots support before entering large-scale national contests. We will prioritize movement-building and infrastructure — chapters, volunteers, organizers, legal and compliance teams, and local candidates — before pursuing full presidential ballot access.

The Plan

Four phases, built in order

The Guillotine Party is no longer in conceptual development. The platform, branding, mission, and identity are established. What follows is the work of building real political power, step by step.

Immediate – 2027

Movement Consolidation

  • Finalize and publish the official national party platform
  • Expand national social media presence
  • Build grassroots chapters
  • Recruit founding members and state coordinators
  • Develop fundraising infrastructure
  • Build the volunteer network

2027

Organizational Expansion

  • Establish the national party committee
  • Appoint state leadership
  • Launch membership registration campaigns
  • Build legal and election compliance teams
  • Recruit candidates for local and state offices

2027 – 2028

Electoral Entry

  • Contest local races
  • Contest state legislative races
  • Build a voter registration base
  • Measure party support in strategic districts

Priority offices: City Council, County Supervisor, State Assembly, and Congressional seats.

Ballot Access & Presidential Campaign

  • Qualify the Guillotine Party as a recognized political party in California
  • Expand ballot access to additional states
  • Recruit presidential electors
  • Launch the presidential campaign

Two paths to qualification

California recognizes two methods to qualify as a political party. The roadmap builds the membership and volunteer base needed to pursue them.

Registration method

Obtain voter registrations equal to 0.33% of registered California voters — roughly 75,000 to 80,000+ registrations.

Petition method

Obtain signatures equal to 10% of votes cast in the previous gubernatorial election — currently about 1,114,662 signatures.
